OZ: BROKEN KINGDOM
My involvement in this project showcased my comprehensive UI/UX expertise and earned it a spotlight in the 2016 Apple Keynote. Spearheading a team of UI/UX designers and engineers, I orchestrated the development of all interactive components. My leadership was instrumental in establishing the UI/UX workflow and style guide. From conducting competitive analyses to crafting wireframe documentation, creating UI textures, and implementing animation sequences in Unity uGUI, I oversaw various facets of UI/UX development.
Crafting a painterly aesthetic for the UI elements posed a notable challenge, particularly in designing character card frames reminiscent of Hearthstone, a personal favorite. This free-to-play mobile game was engineered to run seamlessly across diverse platforms such as iPhone X, iPad, Android, and Facebook. Ensuring compatibility across these platforms and accommodating varied aspect ratios proved to be a gratifying endeavor, highlighting the versatility and adaptability of our design solutions.
